In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "dax69" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at dax69.ws, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered therein.
• "Member" or "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered a dax69 account and whose account remains in good standing.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered user account created by a Member upon successful completion of the dax69 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Member's dax69 account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" encompasses all products and features available on the dax69 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (sportsbook), live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Dragon Tiger, and any other games or tools offered now or in the future.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all dax69 operational references including customer support hours, draw times, and promotional deadlines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures dax69 applies to Member accounts, which may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk).

To register and use dax69, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dax69 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any funds, including winnings, forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or be otherwise legally entitled to access online gaming services through dax69.ws from your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from dax69 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that covers dax69.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using the account in any business or commercial capacity.
• You must not be a current or former employee of dax69, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless dax69 has provided written consent.

Each eligible individual may hold one dax69 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for the security of your dax69 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. dax69 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified dax69 of a suspected security breach in a timely manner.

dax69 reserves the right to decline any application for account registration without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any existing account at its reasonable discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals on the dax69 platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dax69 supports the following payment channels for Indonesian members:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the dax69 cashier interface and may vary by payment method. dax69 does not impose a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dax69 accepts no liability.

E-wallet deposit confirmations typically complete in under ten seconds. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing schedules of the respective Indonesian banking institution. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (07:00–21:00 WIB) are generally processed within five minutes for e-wallet channels and within two to four hours for bank transfer channels. Requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day.

All funds deposited into a dax69 account must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. dax69 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party payment is detected.

dax69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Standard bonus terms applicable to all dax69 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. Standard wagering requirements are detailed on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and their derived winnings may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified on the relevant promotion page.
• dax69 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not retrospectively reduce the value of bonuses already in progress for active Members.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. dax69 reserves the right to void any winnings generated from a bonus that was credited erroneously.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no monetary value outside the dax69 platform.

Members are expected to use the dax69 platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the dax69 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical error, software defect, or miscalculated odds on the dax69 sportsbook. Any winnings derived from an obvious error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using profane, abusive, or threatening language toward dax69 support staff or other players via any platform communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.

dax69 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these conduct rules and to suspend, restrict, or close an account pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation by dax69 is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13.

dax69 applies KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures as part of its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering compliance. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of a Member's account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details.

When requested, Members are required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo identification document, such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card), SIM (driving licence), or passport.
• Proof of Age: The same documents listed above, confirming the Member is at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank account withdrawals, dax69 may request confirmation that the registered bank account belongs to the Member, such as a bank statement header or screenshot of the bank account name.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements for the account have been satisfied. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 calendar days of the initial request may be suspended at dax69's discretion.

All games available on the dax69 platform — including live casino titles from Evolution Gaming, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, crash games from Spribe, and all other titles — are governed by the individual rules published for each game by the respective game studio. In the event of a conflict between a studio's game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the studio's specific game rules take precedence for that game.

All RNG-based games on dax69 (including slot machines, virtual table games, and number-draw togel products) use certified random number generation systems that are independently tested for statistical fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available within the individual game information panels.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, game software malfunction, or an incomplete round due to platform downtime — dax69 will resolve the affected round in the fairest manner possible, which may involve voiding the round and returning the staked amount to the Member's balance. Decisions by dax69 on game round disputes are final.

Sportsbook odds are set by dax69 at its own discretion and are subject to change until the relevant event begins. dax69 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, subject to reasonable investigation. Live (in-play) bets are accepted at dax69's discretion and are subject to the live odds displayed at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dax69 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the dax69 platform, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of any dax69 service due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure events, or any cause beyond dax69's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your dax69 account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.
• Any loss, damage, or harm arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content provided on the dax69 platform for purposes other than using the platform's services.

In all circumstances where dax69 is found liable to a Member, dax69's total aggregate liability is limited to the total value of funds held in the Member's dax69 account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 1.000.000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is the lower amount.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits dax69's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by dax69's own wilful misconduct.

dax69 collects and processes personal data in connection with the services it provides. The nature of the data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal basis for processing, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in the dax69 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering a dax69 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the dax69 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. All data transmitted through the dax69 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. dax69 does not sell personal data to third parties and does not share personal data with third parties except as required for the delivery of services (such as payment processing through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet providers) or as required by law.

dax69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. The platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible from the account settings panel after login:

dax69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or disputed transaction from the Member's payment provider.
• Any conduct that dax69 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other Members, or third parties.

Where dax69 closes an account due to the Member's breach of these Terms and Conditions, dax69 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, pending investigation and resolution of the relevant breach.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the dax69 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of law applicable to online gaming operators, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. dax69's decision on any matter relating to the platform's services, game outcomes, bonus terms, or account standing, made in good faith and following a reasonable investigation, is final and binding.
